Website/app provides easier access for tenant companies for amenity uses such as conference room reservations, fitness reservations (locker, paid service, etc.), visitor reservations, and nursing room reservations. Also QR code embedded within the app allows only proper users to enter the speedgate for visiting floors.

Website/app provides easier access for tenant companies for amenity uses such as conference room reservations, fitness reservations (locker, paid service, etc.), visitor reservations, and nursing room reservations. Also QR code embedded within the app allows only proper users to enter the speedgate for visiting floors. Creating an app/website/ admin panel that provides easier access for the use of amenity reservations like Conference room, Visitor, Fitness, Nursing room, Facility Management, etc.

The client wants to create an app/website/admin panel to facilitate amenity reservations, like conference rooms, visitor access, fitness facilities, nursing rooms, and facility management, several key requirements need to be addressed. Wants to develop a comprehensive admin panel for managing amenity reservations, including the ability to view and approve requests, block off unavailable time slots, and track usage statistics

Mobile App

The app provides easier access for tenant companies for amenity uses such as conference room reservations, fitness reservations (locker, paid service, etc.), visitor reservations, and nursing room reservations. Also QR code embedded within the app allows only logged-in users to enter the speedgate for visiting floors. With Centropolis App a Tenant Master/Employee can make a reservation for the executive lounge or conference room in advance. This app dispels the daunting task of physical booking and allows you to book a conference room and amenity services with the ease of just a single click.

Admin Panel

Approving tenant companies, tenant employee registration, analyzing statistics for daily/ weekly/ monthly Visitor Reservations, inconvenience, - Car parking sales, and Car In and out Statistics are all done from the admin panel. The features in the Centropolis Website/app for amenity use such as conference room reservations, fitness reservations (locker, paid service, etc), visitor reservations, and nursing room reservations are all managed from the admin panel.
